Our management team have over 18 years’ experience working in city centre Lettings and Property Management and hold respective PropertyMark qualifications meaning we have a better understanding than most when it comes to End of Tenancy cleaning service as everything we do is based around the check in and out process.
We offer account facilities (subject to status) with the benefit of discounted rates for account holders. Clean Team SW also provides a property maintenance services for agents and private landlords with no monthly contract.
Fully insured, we use a dedicated small team of professional painters and handymen who can attend to most maintenance matters with a minimum of disruption and without the high cost. We operate a clear pricing structure so there won’t be any nasty surprises and unlike our competitors we do not charge call out fees.

Clean Team SW started in the End of Tenancy cleaning business back in 2009, our founder Shaun’s frustration at the lack of a good quality cleaning service during his time working in residential property management drove his ambition to do better and in a short period of time we became the best in our field – Being small helped a lot in the beginning – overheads were low, paperwork not overwhelming with the focus purely on providing the best clean on each instruction we undertook.
This is exactly what Shaun did. Winning countless customers purely on a word of mouth basis armed with the knowledge of what his clients exactly wanted from such a service was the key point that helped Clean Team SW grow to the professional and reliable Tenancy Services provider we are today.
In 2012 our company started to grow rapidly and we began expanding the operation taking on several new staff and in 2013 we opened our Manchester office in the Northern Quarter. Today we consist of a team of 9 including Shaun who still likes to get his hands dirty from time to time and openly admits he “prefers cleaning ovens to invoicing”
We are now big enough to offer a wide range of cleaning and property maintenance services to clients within the Manchester area and beyond and are proud to hold Approved Contractor status to the largest Property agents across Manchester and Birmingham.
